Leading boiler company Vaillant felt that the innovation and reliability of its commercial boilers was being eclipsed by the brand’s market-leading domestic offering. The fact both offerings shared the same visual branding was also proving an obstacle. The resulting Precision brand proposition was devised to convey the compelling stories behind the company’s history and product range, and demonstrate what differentiates Vaillant from the rest of the market. And most impressively of all, there wasn’t a single hero boiler shot in the whole campaign.
